A brief list of projects includes:
- Huntridge Theater Mezzanine Addition and Remodel, Las Vegas, Nevada. The project includes a second level theater balcony with new exterior buildings including a concession area, VIP rooms, and a kitchen.
- The Cheesecake Factory, Sugar Land, Texas. This fast growing restaurant organization demanded a fast track schedule and we were able to respond. Complete structural design was delivered in less than 30 days and was fully coordinated with the entire design group.
- Saved By Grace, Pahrump, Nevada. This 6000 square foot facility includes a Sanctuary, multi-purpose room, and several offices. To help control the structural cost, preliminary drawings were produced to insure that the project remains on budget.
- MGM Residences Exterior Panels. Provide structural design and drawings for exterior panels of a 35-story residential tower.
- Caesars Palace Convention Addition Exterior Wall System. Stick framing design and drawings for three level convention addition.
